It’s hard for a lot of us to envision scaling a service based business because often times, you start out selling your time.

Really you need to sell your experience. Don’t get stuck in the rat race of thinking that more time = more money.

One way to help you get away from trading time for money is to have processes that you can apply to your services. This way, all your clients have a better experience with you, AND it’s simpler to train your team so that you can step away from the driver seat.
