Goals should be something that is achieved once you take CONSISTENT action.
Goal setting isn’t even about the goal. It’s about the person you become as you work to achieve those goals.
I think a lot of folks have made this mistake, including myself.
For instance, starting a podcast is not a goal. Posting 40 shows or getting 10k downloads in 6 months are goals.
You don’t lose weight by going to the gym alone, you have to eat, sleep and drink right, too.
Starting a business is not a goal. Making $1,000,000 is.
Goals are achieved by stacking actions.
