What if everyday was a Saturday for you?
Now what if you had those every single day of the week?
If you were to completely remove yourself from your business right now, what would happen? Would it crumble and fall? Or have you set up your people in your processes in such a way that it can run without you right now?
Now, if you’re just starting a business, you probably are the lever that makes all the other wheels turn. And that’s fine.
But if your goal is to have a business where you can just reap the profits because you’ve built a high-functioning machine, are you setting yourself up right now?
Can you duplicate & scale processes and procedures, scalable services or product offerings and are you training your people in a way that they share information in efficient and effective way that provides the maximum amount of value to your clients and customers?
I came to the realization earlier this week of how much I love systems and processes - I guess that’s my geek accounting brain that sees everything as a puzzle.
The thing is, systems are directly related to how your business financially performs.
