If you want to scale your business, you must master TASK MANAGEMENT. This is the key to creating a business that runs on autopilot and is why developing systems, automating where you can and outsourcing what makes sense is so important!

When cutting a path to time freedom using your business, remember your time isn’t free. Your time is your most valuable asset. The same way you wouldn’t want to hire someone at a cheap rate to work for you, you shouldn’t be hiring yourself at a cheap rate, either!

When you’re pricing your services, it can be tempting to think of only the direct costs associated with the service — materials, software, employees and so on. But there are other, less-obvious expenses that can eat away at your profits if you don’t account for them - your time!

When you're calculating the cost of providing your service, don’t forget to calculate the cost of YOUR time as well, not just the cost of your employees, supplies and direct costs.
