Seven Free Ways to Invest in Yourself!
Investments are anything that you commit time and resources to with the hopes of a positive return or outcome.
Here are underrated, simple, but extremely effective ways to invest in yourself today that will 100% make tomorrow better:
🥑 Eating quality, whole foods
🧘♀️ Exercising - yoga, walking, lifting weights, biking, etc.
💭 Blocking time out to be alone with your thoughts - practice the art of doing nothing
😴 Sleep - this needs to be normalized.
✏️ Set goals - having a compass for your actions will bring meaning to your life and goals are great way to do that.
📖 Reading - all of our favorite leaders and influencers are readers in some capacity.
📓 Keep a journal. This shouldn't go extinct after our teenage years. Journaling is an incredibly effective method for channeling your energy, enhancing your mood, and achieving your goals. And it doesn't cost a thing.
