One of the things I always tell people - we do accounting, NOT bookkeeping.

A bookkeeper will tell you it’s done, we will tell you it’s right.

Accounting is the process of identifying, measuring, analyzing, interpreting and communicating financial information so that business owners can make informed decisions.

It’s more than just entering data into QuickBooks and generating a report. This is why it’s so important for business owners to have a great relationship with an accountant who understands their business and goals.

I come from a company that had to report financial data to the SEC which means we had very high standards to maintain as part of financial reporting, among others.

Not every transaction is an expense and not all inflows are income.

Knowing the difference is the foundation to sound strategy and exponential growth.
