Let’s Make December Count

We’ve come a long way and now the last month of the year is upon us. It’s hard to believe we’re now into December, with Christmas only one month away! A lot of us may be feeling run down after a long year and just want the year to be over. It’s common that most of us wind down and take our foot off the gas pedal as we move into the festive season. However, right now is a time to reflect on your goals and accomplishments, and a great time to prepare for next year. Small goals can be achieved and big ones can still be met! Make it a productive month, despite the fact that you are winding down.
Now is the time to put the pedal to the metal. These tips can help you get started

A progress report can help you assess how much more you can realistically accomplish this year. Answer the following questions: What are your top three priorities for this year? What's on your to-do list that you haven't yet completed? What have you achieved so far this year? Are there any adjustments you need to make?

Cross items that are no longer important off your task list. Your time is limited so this is a great way to ensure that you’re working on what’s important. By slicing out stuff that’s not important, you are getting a clearer picture of what you really want or need.

Do anything it takes to reach your goals! Forge ahead, take calculated risks, hire the small tasks out, blow through obstacles and make the goal your own. Surpassing your goal will feel great!

December is just as important as any other month of the year, and there's no time like the present to go after your goals and make it a transformative year. What are you focusing on to make December count?
