Refund and Cancellation Policy
Online Challenges/Events
Refunds for online challenges or events can be requested up to 24 hours before the event is scheduled to begin. No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 24 hours prior to the start time.
In-Person Challenges/Events
Refunds for in-person challenges or events are available if requested at least 30 days before the event start date. Requests made between 30 and 7 days before the event will qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for requests made within 7 days of the event.
Progress-U Access
Refunds for Progress-U subscriptions will not be issued. If you wish to discontinue access, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Monthly Contract Services
To discontinue monthly services such as advising, accounting, and tax solutions, clients must provide a written letter of cancellation to Progress Consulting LTD CO at least 30 days before the intended discontinuation date. This ensures a smooth transition and fulfillment of any remaining obligations.

No-shows or failure to participate in events without prior cancellation as outlined above will not be eligible for refunds.
